Can somebody tell me the meaning of this? …?

“I used to…” means “I did it in the past…”

“I’m used to…” means “I’m familiar with…”

I am used to relates to a noun. It means “I have previously had this” (or felt this … and yes a feeling is a noun)

I am used to makes no sense..

so you’d say…. I am use to… meaning you are familiar or comfortable with something, etc…

i used to… is used when you are telling something that you are always doing that thing…. while using the phrase i am used to…. is you are doing what you are always doing… its like already your routine…
