what does it mean when you star someone’s question?

that you want to mark it so you can go back later and look at it…other answers given, best answer, etc..theres a tab on your profile for starred questions..and you can click on it and see everything youve starred…when your done with it..you can always un-star it by clicking on the star again. 🙂

you can also go under the question and click on the “+”…there will be options that will scroll down, and one of them is “add to private watchlist”…which is the same thing as starring pretty much..theres a tab where you can go and look back at those questions..the only difference is that…its private..lol..and no one can tell youve marked it.

Starring a question means you marked it. When you mark the question, other people on your network will see the question on their Y!A pages as being starred by you.

This is a way to share the question (or your answer to it) with other people in your Yahoo! Answers network of friends.

When you star someone’s question, it means that you find that question interesting.

It means you are interested in seeing what others’ answers are going to be & you can easily find it on your personal page here on YA.

It can mean you answered it & want easy access to it later, also.

It does nothing else.

Sometimes people ask for a ‘star’ on their question, but it does not mean anything!
