Mine is the way I was taught to remember the color codes of electrical resistors, which must be in this order (black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, grey, white, gold, silver): “Bad beer rots our young guts, but vodka goes well – get some.” I’ve also heard a better one: “Bad boys ravage our young girls but Violet gives willingly for gold and silver”!!!!
