Do I need the comma in the following sentence?
Usually I am good with grammar and commas are the only thing that often get me. Do I need the comma in the following sentence, or should I remove it? Thanks very much for any help!
The healthcare profession is the perfect field for Kristin, as she exemplifies these qualities which are of utmost importance in the profession but cannot be taught in the classroom.

It “feels” like you do because that’s a natural place for a speaker to make a pause, but there’s no specific grammar rule that requires it.

Also, in the absence of further context for the excerpt provided, “those” would be a better choice than “these.”

bcoz the sentence is continue and it is the simple sentence and not a complex one. you can write a simple sentence as big as without any punctuation and conjugator the part after comma is the reason for first part so no need of comma

you should remove it where you put it and place a comma after “profession.” maybe replace “as” with “because.”
